What information do I need to provide for custom production?

To initiate custom production, customers need to provide:

• A clear description of the desired outcome, including details like stitching, embroidery, or print requirements.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ for custom clothing production at SiATEX Global is:

• 1000 pieces per color, fabric type, or style.
• A total of 3000 pieces per order, which can be a mix of colors, sizes, and styles.

What is the production process like?

Our production process is as follows:

1. Sample Development: Based on the provided tech-pack, we create an initial sample for customer approval.
2. Fabric Sourcing: We source the fabric as per the specifications provided in the tech-pack.
3. Cutting and Sewing: Once the fabric is approved, it is cut according to the patterns and sewn together.
4. Printing/Embroidery: Depending on the design, we perform printing, embroidery, or other embellishments.
5. Finishing: The garments undergo finishing processes like ironing, trimming, and labeling.

Do you offer sample production before full-scale manufacturing?
